Pastor Jearlyn

Jearlyn's heart was touched by the Lord at the tender young age of seven after hearing the gospel for the first time from a young neighbor who just came back from church. She didn't know it at the time, but that brief encounter would later serve as her earliest memory of the Lord instructing her to tell others about Him. She lived a life away from Him and thought that she was on top of the world. She didn't know by age 27 that world would come crumbling down. God called her out of the world to proclaim the gospel to the world.

Heavily armed with the Word of God, Jearlyn began serving in her local church volunteering in almost every department. It was nothing for her to preach the Word and then turn around to clean the restrooms of the church. She has a spirit of excellence and believes in giving God her best. She’s been quoted saying, “if you don’t want it done correctly, give it to someone else”. She has served as associate pastor, assistant pastor, youth and children pastor in other churches, but it wasn't until 2013 with the encouragement of her husband she established Jearlyn Ministries Inc.

Passionately devoted to outreach and evangelism, Jearlyn spreads the gospel by creating
opportunities to show the love of God. One of her earliest ministries provided food for the hungry and was a community resource for those in need (personal ministries she continues today). She vigorously seeks innovative ways to reach those in need. She is sometimes found dressed as “homeless” on the side of the road with a sign in hand to raise awareness of homelessness in her community. Her passion for “the least of these” has given her supporters from various denominations and the community. Jearlyn believes that her life struggles shouldn't be wasted but used to reach others. Over the years, God has given Jearlyn gifts and anointing to transform the lives of the lost, forgotten, neglected and abused. She continues to consult with other ministries and is often found serving in various churches/ministries and community organizations as a volunteer.

As a devoted wife, mother of “seven” children and six grandchildren, her life is reflective that her family is her greatest ministry. As founder of Jearlyn Ministries Inc. and Pastor of Reverse Church, she found her rightful place here on earth fulfilling the call of God on her life.

Her many accolades and awards have always been seeing the transforming power of Jesus Christ working in the life of unbelievers. Reaching souls for Christ as a co-worker of God continues to be her mission as she stays focused on keeping the “Main Thing the Main thing”.

Jearlyn is and continues to be an incredible testimony of the dynamic, redeeming work of Jesus Christ.
